Silicon Labs CP210x: What kind of drivers can you provide?
CP21xx
We provide the following two types of drivers for CP210x.
A typical hardware configuration is shown below.
Using the VCP driver makes it appear as if a COM port is added to the PC (USB Host) and a device with a COM port is connected to it.
On the other hand, using a USB driver makes it look like a device with a USB port is connected to the PC (USB Host).
Please note that each driver has a different supported OS.
