GPUなし/ありのDEC/ENCのパタンのサンプルです。これらでは、NvVideoDecoder / NvVideoEncoder というクラスを使用しています。
この中ではそれぞれ "/dev/nvhost-nvdec" "/dev/nvhost-msenc"をデバイスファイルとして扱っているので、これらのデバイスファイルが4kp60 H.264/H.265 encoder & decoderのことであり、NvVideoDecoder / NvVideoEncoderがライブラリーに該当します。
