(1) Start the command prompt and enter the following command to obtain the Disk ID (HDD ID) of the new PC.

(2) Open microchipDIRECT.
      https://www.microchipdirect.com/fpga-software-products

(3) Check the license you want to change the binding for.

(4) Select "Rehost License" from the pull-down menu in the "Manage Your license" column on the far right.

      

(5) Enter the Disk ID of the new PC and click Submit.

(6) You will receive a new license file via email, or you can download the license file.

*If you open the license file in a text editor, you can confirm that it is linked to the Disk ID of the new PC.

(7) Set the environment variables.
