Microchip FPGA: How do I place the transceiver PLL in the Libero SoC I/O editor?

Libero SoC Transceiver

Drag and drop the Transceiver PLL from the black Schematic View in the center to the Graphical Placement View on the right.
Please note that this is not drag and drop from the Main Object Browser on the left.

After deployment:
The PLL in the Graphical Placement View will turn green.
