As stated on the GUI as % of bank vddi, this sets what percentage of the VDDI voltage the Vref voltage will be.

(Example)
For example, if VDDI is 1.2V and Vref is 0.84V,
VDDI 1.2V * 70 % = 0.84V
Therefore, set it to 70.
