① Enter from the URL https://www.microchip.com/sic and click “SiC SPICE and PLECS Component Models”.

② Enter the required items according to the screen and click “Submit”.

③ The Software Library screen will appear. Enter "silicon carbide" in the search field and click "Silicon Carbide Products SPICE & PLECS Files" when it appears.
When the "Spice Models License Agreement" screen appears, click "Accept" to open the library file download page.
