Microchip FPGA: Regarding the "slew" setting in the I/O Editor. Please tell me the difference between "SLOW, MEDIUM, MEDIUM FAST, FAST".
The difference is the time.
Slew Control is a function that adds dullness (slope of the signal) to the output, and is mainly used for improving SI (signal quality).
See SmartFusion2/IGLOO2 Datasheet for time details
https://www.microsemi.com/document-portal/doc_download/132042-ds0128-igloo2-and-smartfusion2-datasheet
If you search for "Slew Control", it is specified for each I/O Standard (LVCMOS3.3, LVCMOS2.5, etc.).
Example: LVCMOS 2.5 V, 8 mA, TDP, -1, see Table 46 (P29, PDF39 page).
Slow: 2.863
Medium: 2.599
Medium fast: 2.483
Fast: 2.467
becomes.
