Microchip FPGA: About device data retention. I think it's common for Flash-type ROMs to increase delays and possibly erase data after the data retention period has passed for about 15 years. Does this also apply to Microchip FPGAs?
Similar to Flash ROM in general, also true for Microchip FPGAs. Specified at 20 years when used within recommended operating conditions.
For details, please check the "Retention" item in the datasheet of each device family.
