Microchip AVR/ARM microcomputer: When installing Microchip Studio (Atmel Studio), it stops at Installer Or WindowsUpdate Running and cannot be installed. How should we respond?
You can solve it by reinstalling with the following procedure.
- Click Cancel to close the Microchip Studio (Atmel Studio) installer.
- Open a command prompt and move to the directory where the installer "as-installer-7.x.xxxx-web.exe" is saved.
- Execute the following command in the target directory.
as-installer-7.x.xxxx-web.exe /SystemValidationErrorAsWarning - When you execute 3, the installer will start up, so execute install.
