These devices have 64 bits of non-volatile "Trace ID" information, of which 56 bits are shipped from Lattice pre-programmed as a unique value for each individual chip. This corresponds to a "device-specific serial number" and is a unique value. The remaining 8 bits of 64 bits can be set arbitrarily by the user (done in "Spreadsheet View"). It can be used as information for chip (unit) identification. This is read only.
