Are IO SETUP/HOLD constraints required when using MIPI Hard D-PHY?

Timing Constraint/Analysis

Tools : Diamond, Radiant
Device : Crosslink, Crosslink-NX
I/O timing constraints do not need to be given only when using MIPI Hard D-PHY. This is because the dedicated I/O to be used with the hard macro is predetermined, and placement and routing processing around the I/O is not performed. However, the input Setup/Hold requirements to be met and the output valid timing time are specified in the datasheet, so please check the datasheet of your device.
