Diamond/Radiant logic synthesis tools have Synplify Pro and LSE. What is the difference? I would like to know other features as well.

1. Differences: LSE is Lattice original, Synplify Pro is Synopsys OEM, both perform logic synthesis processing, but the logic synthesis results are different (they are logically equivalent).
2. Recommendation: It seems that there are more than a few cases where Synplify Pro is used because it has been used before, but there is no particular recommendation.
3. Settings: After selecting the active "implementation" name (default name is "impl_1") in the "File List" window, right-click and select "Select Synthesis Tool..." from the menu that appears, or select "Properties "Choose. In the window that pops up, select the intended tool from the pull-down in the “Synthesis Tool” section on the right side. Note that the implementation must be active before it can be changed. It can also be selected when creating a project.
