The part number stamped on some Lattice devices differs from the part number shown in the datasheet.

Example) LCMXO640E4F256C-3I

Such devices are defined by Lattice as dual-mark, denoting devices capable of supporting two different performance specifications. In the case of the dual mark product shown in the example, you can increase the heat resistance temperature grade (C→I) by lowering the speed grade (4→3) in the same device.
