What is the difference between 2A and 2B in Programming Cables?

Functional differences are I2C programming and 5V device support. HW-USBN-2B cannot support 5V devices, but the I2C interface can be used. HW-USBN-2A supports 5V devices, but not I2C. Both support SPI interface in addition to JTAG.
