Please tell me how to calculate the checksum value of the JEDEC file

The JEDEC file format, such as the checksum calculation method, is specified in the JEDEC standard JESD3 Rev.C. The checksum is "Transmission Checksum", which is defined as the lower 16 bits of the result of simple addition of the hexadecimal notation of the contents (text and data) as ASCII characters divided into 8-bit units. The calculation target is the entire effective range of the *.jed file (from <STX>=Start-of-Text to <ETX>=End-of-Text, excluding the "random text" part).
