Configuration in SDM mode (from internal flash memory/NVCM to C-SRAM) is performed in the following steps:
　
(1) Power On Reset release → (2) C-SRAM clear (t_INITL) → (3) Configuration (tREFRESH)

Therefore, the exact configuration time is "②+③", but in practice "tREFRESH" is dominant. Its TYP value is specified in the datasheet as "Flash Download Time".
(Example: For XO2-640, t_INITL=35 us, tREFRESH=1.0 ms)
