When the PROGRAMN pin transitions from high to low, it enters the configuration wait state, and configuration begins after it transitions from low to high, so it must be returned to high. It is important to avoid re-operating (toggling) PROGRAMN while a configuration operation is in progress (externally pulled up DONE pin low). Toggling the PROGRAMN pin must be done after configuration or during normal operation.
