Move the mouse pointer (do not click) on "Support" on the top menu of the Lattice homepage, and then move the pointer (do not click) on "Legacy Devices & Software" from the menu on the left side of the screen displayed. In that state, click "FPGA Software Archive" displayed on the right side. Click "Downloadable Software" in the "Download" frame on the right side of the "Documentation Archive" table at the bottom of the destination page to display a list of archives. Click the "Tool name and version display" in the "Title" column to move to the link destination, so you can download the old version.
