I am trying to write to MACH 4000 using HW-USBN-2B, but it fails when writing. What should I do?

When programming the MACH 4000 with HW-USBN-2B, the frequency of the JTAG clock (TCK) may be too fast for the MACH 4000 to allow.
You can change the frequency with "TCK Divider Setting" in "Progrmmer Speed Setting" on the right side of the Programmer window. Try lowering the frequency by checking "Use custom Clock Divider" and changing the Divider value to whatever you want.
The relationship between the Divider value and the TCK frequency is 30/(Div.Value+1) [MHz]. For example, if the divider value is 2, then 30/(2+1)=10 MHz.
