Will the configuration data overflow into the UFM area when the circuit scale becomes large, etc.? Also, in that case, what should I do?

Tool: Diamond
Device: MachXO2, MachXO3
Since Diamond compresses bitstream data using its own method and has been carefully designed to have sufficient CFM capacity, cases of UFM overflow are extremely rare.
If the logic and "EBR used as ROM (EBR initialized with some value)" are both close to 100% usage, the possibility increases, but that alone does not necessarily cause an overflow. This device family has a very large number of adoption records in various applications in Japan, but no such case has been reported so far.
In the worst case, countermeasures include reducing the circuit scale and implementing EBR initialization using circuit operation methods. If these are not possible, the only workaround is to configure from an external SPI flash memory.
