IOL(max) for AC operation is up to 24mA or 16mA depending on the IO buffer type. However, it is necessary to avoid sourcing/sinking about 24mA/16mA for steady DC operation.

Also, if the number of IOs between any two GND pads is "N", it is not allowed to source or sink the average of all of them exceeding 8mA for reliability. Please note (footnote in each datasheet section "sysIO Single-Ended DC Electrical Characteristics").
