Is it possible to set the output pin drive current, slew rate, etc.?

The slew rate can be specified as "FAST" (default) or "SLOW" in the development tool Diamond's "Spreadsheet View" (SSV). Since the SSV setting results are written to a text file (extension .LPF), it is also possible to specify this manually.
For LVCMOS33, the drive current is selectable from 4mA, 8mA (default), 12mA, 16mA and 20mA. The drive current value that can be set differs depending on the I/O type, so please refer to the datasheet for details.
