Files generated when information set in the Quartus II Programmer is saved The CDF file cannot be read in the Programmer launched from the Quartus II.
The procedure for reading a CDF file is as follows.

1. Select File menu ⇒ Open from Quartus II
2. Set "File type (T)" at the bottom of the Open File window to "Programming Files" or "All Files (*.*)"
3. Select the appropriate CDF and click "Open" to automatically start Programmer with the CDF file information loaded

If Programmar is started by itself, the CDF file can be read by Programmer's File menu ⇒ Open.
