MAX 10 devices are supported from Quartus II v14.0.2 (v14.0 Update2).
For v14.0.2, please install Update2 after installing v14.0.

In v14.0.2, Timing Model and Power Model are preliminary.
Please refer to the release notes for the version of Quartus II you are using for timing and power model support.
