When creating a new project, select "Empty Project".
Select "Project Templates" if you want to refer to Design Templates created by Altera to create your design.
After selecting Next, the "Design Templates" will be displayed and the available designs will be displayed.
If you see the design you want to use, click Next and check the Summary.

If you don't see your design in Design Templates, go to the Design Store on the Altera website and download your design.
If you want to add the downloaded design to "Design Templates", select "Install the design templates"

Design Template file (.par) : select the downloaded design
Destination directory : Select the destination directory

After doing so, please check that it is reflected in "Available design templates" and that the QAR file, etc. is expanded to the destination.
