You can check this by running debug on a program (such as the Hello World sample application) on DS-5.

(1) Execute up to debugging with DS-5.
(2) Press the register tab on the right side of the screen.
(3) Since there is peripherals in it, expand it.
(4) Sysmgr ⇒ Expand sysmgr_bootinfo and set the value of the second pinbsel,pincsel.

CSEL: 0x00

Note that this method only works with DS-5 Altera Edition (Subscription Edition).
