If I create an EKP file on my Cyclone V device and then change the device part number, do I need to recreate the EKP file?

If you change devices, you will also need to recreate the EKP (Encryption Key Programming) file.
This is because the SOF file is specified when creating the EKP file, and the SOF file is different if the model number of the device is different.
