In the memory controller (UniPHY) settings, there is no setting that prevents avl_ready from falling when switching Bank Address.
After issuing an active command, avl_ready is dropped to Low so as not to accept requests from the user side in order to prevent the command FIFO from collapsing when the bank is switched.
