There is no pin compatibility between LPDDR2 SDRAM and DDR2 SDRAM.

DDR2 SDRAM controls addresses with Address and Bank Address signals, and commands with RAS, CAS and WE signals.
In contrast, LPDDR2 SDRAM uses only CA signals to control addresses and commands.
