Please follow the steps below.

1. Set the same parameter settings as ALTMEMPHY with UniPHY IP MegaWizard and generate.
2. Replace the ALTMEMPHY datapath with the UniPHY datapath.
3. Change the port name.
4. Generate OCT signals.
5. Run Pin Assignments.tcl.
6. Remove unnecessary files for ALTMEMPHY.
7. Run the design simulation.
