Is there a way to convert the SOF file to an RBF file without using the Quartus II GUI?
From the PC in which Quartus® II is installed, start the command prompt and execute the following command to generate the RBF file.
quartus_cpf -c <*.sof> <*.rbf>
Example) Procedure to convert original.sof to sample.rbf
1. Launch Command Prompt
2. Move to the folder where original.sof is with Change Directory
3. Type quartus_spf -c original.sof sample.rbf and press Enter
