Internal Error: Sub-system: PGMIO, File: /quartus/pgm/pgmio/pgmio_devices.cpp, Line: 7672 Can not locate the SFL sof file:
This can occur when programming with a JIC file and using an older version of the Programmer than the version of Quartus II that generated the JIC file.
Please use the version of Programmer that created the JIC file or a newer version.
