I am thinking of connecting a Cyclone IV device to a DDR2 SDRAM, but there is no DQS#. Is there a way to use it?

I'm trying to connect a Cyclone IV device to a DDR2 SDRAM, but I don't have a DQS#. Is there a way to use

Cyclone IV devices do not support SSTL Differential I/O buffers, so DQS# cannot be used.

Cyclone IV devices do not support differential strobe pins, which is an optional feature in the DDR2 SDRAM device.

Also, in the DDR2 SDRAM Controller with ALTMEMPHY setting, "Use differential DQS Pin" is grayed out, so you can tell that it is not supported.

Please contact your memory manufacturer for pin handling on the DDR2 side.
