When I use NEEK Application Selector, I can't load from the SD card. Is there a workaround?

If loading from the SD card fails, execute the commands shown below in the Nios II Command Shell to erase all areas of the flash memory and try writing again.
nios2-flash-programmer --base=0x04000000 --erase-all
