Depending on the number of transceivers, there are 16-channel F package and 24-channel H package.
The F package has 16 channels of transceivers with PMA + PCS functionality.
The H package has 16 transceivers with PMA + PCS functionality and 8 transceivers with PMA only functionality for a total of 24 channels.
Pin migration is not possible for F and H packages.
