Can I use SignalTap II with CPLD devices such as MAX II and MAX V?
No, it cannot be used.
SignalTap II requires on-chip RAM on the device. is therefore not supported.
There is an In-system source and probe function as a waveform observation function using JTAG.
However, since it uses internal resources, it may not be possible to use it with a small-scale CPLD.
