Please tell me how to create data for writing hardware and software images to EPCS devices.

Use Convert Programming File to generate write data.

The operation is described below.

	・	Click Convert programming File in the File menu
	・	Set the programming file type to Programmer Object File (.pof) or JTAG Indirect Configuration File (.jic) when programming with JTAG Indirect
	・	Select EPCS16 or EPCS64 for Configuration device :
	・	Set any output file name in File name
	・	Highlight SOF Data and select ***.sof in Add File
	・	Highlight SOF Data and click Properties. Select Start in "Address mode for select pages" and set Start Address to "0x0"
	・	Click Add hex Data, select Relative addressing in Addressing mode, and specify Hex File (Do not check Set start address when selecting Relative addressing)
	・	Click Generate to generate the JIC/POF (Check ***.map, the software image is stored from the address just after the hardware image)

Please follow the steps above to check.
