Check the "Transceiver Clocking **" chapter of each device handbook with a keyword search for "electrical specifications" for more information.
Also, regarding "LVPECL DC-Coupling Termination" described in each device handbook, it is a method of handling I/O pins that are not transceiver block pins, and supports both AC and DC coupling.
