Does the PCI Express Hard IP support beyond the physical layer?

Yes.

PCI Express Hard IP supports the following three layers.
・ Transaction layer
・ Data link layer
・ Physical layer

Please note that software layers such as BIOS, OS, applications and drivers are not supported by PCI Express Hard IP.
