The IO standard for the Cyclone IV GX transceiver output pins is chosen to be 1.5-V PCML, but the power pins are only 1.2V and 2.5V. Do I need to supply 1.5V to any pin?

The Cyclone IV GX uses an internal regulator to generate the 1.5V supply voltage for the transceiver output pins from the voltage supplied to VCCH_GXB. Therefore, 2.5V should be supplied to VCCH_GXB.
