Yes. It is possible.

By registering the SDC file with Quartus II, the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer will automatically import the SDC file.

Below are the registration and confirmation methods.

Registration method
Select Assignments => Settings
Select TimeQuest Timing Analyzer from the Category column on the left side of the screen
Select the appropriate SDC from the "File name" browse button on the right of the screen and click ADD
(Repeat registration if there are multiple)
After clicking Apply, click OK to close the Setting screen.

Confirmation method
Run Analysis & Synthesis in Quartus II
Launch TimeQuest and run Create Timing Netlist
After executing Update Timing Netlist, you can check the multiple SDC files set in the SDC File List on the upper left of the screen.
