Unfortunately, it cannot be output directly, so please generate it in the PLL inside the FPGA or outside the FPGA.

CVO can input an external clock by unchecking the "Video in and out use the same clock" Box. By inputting an externally generated clock to CVO, it is possible to output data synchronized with the clock.
