Why is the file size of the IBIS file on Altera's website and the IBIS file output by Quartus II very different?

Altera website IBIS > Quartus II output IBIS.
The reason is that the IBIS file downloaded from Altera's website contains all the information that can be configured on the device.
On the other hand, since the IBIS file output from Quartus II is generated according to the I/O Standard set in the project, it contains only necessary information.
