Yes. It is possible.
As for devices, Cyclone IV GX, Arria II GX, Arria II GZ, and Stratix IV GX support SATA1.0/2.0.
Arria II GZ also supports SATA3.0.
As for the IP, we recommend SATA IP from Design Gateway.
