In the analysis report, it is possible to check the power consumption estimate for each Bank (VCCIO) unit.

After running PPPA, you can check it by following the steps below.
1: From the Quartus II menu, click Processing ⇒ Compilation Report
2: Click on the '+' for Power Polly PowerAnalyzer in the Compilation Report window to expand the contents
3: Expand Current Drawn from Voltage Supplies by clicking on the "+"
4: Click Summary to display current consumption values for each power supply, such as VCCINT and VCCIO.

The report is generated in detail for each design block, each resource such as LE, etc., so please refer to it as well.
