Select Quartus II menu Assignments ⇒ Settings
Category: Select Compilation Process Settings
Confirm the check of "Run Assembler during compilation" in the right screen
If not checked, no write file will be generated.
If you want to generate a write file after checking it, it can be generated by full compilation, but it can be generated in a short time by executing Processing ⇒ Start Assembler from the Quartus II menu.
