Does VIP Suite support interlacer (pi conversion)?

Interlacer has been added as a VIP feature from Quartus II v10.0.
Unfortunately, users using Quartus II v9.1sp2 or earlier are not officially supported.
However, Interlace output can be realized with the Clocked Video Output function.
