In the DDR High-Performance Controller, x16bit group products (products with DQ bit count: DQS bit count of 1:16) are not in Memory Presets of IP Toolbench. Is it not supported?
DDR High-Performance Controller IP does not support x16 group mode.
<Supplement>
It doesn't support x16 group mode, but that doesn't mean it doesn't support 16-bit wide DQ interfaces. Any 16bit interface in x4 or x8 group is supported.
It can be used by selecting x4 or x8 group products and setting Memory DQ width to 16bit in Memory Presets of Memory Setting tab of DDR High-Performance Controller IP wizard screen.
