It can be realized by using ALTCLKCTR in MegaWizard Plug-Inmanager.

A maximum of 4 input clocks can be switched by the select signal.
However, depending on the number of clock inputs, the resources that can be selected are as follows.
Input of 2 clock systems or less => clk input pin or PLL input Either possible
3-clock input input => clk input pin : PLL input = 2 : 1 or 1 : 2
4-clock input input => clk input pin : PLL input = 2 : 2
