In ModelSim-AE, when I tried to launch a project created with an older version, I received a message that "convert_hex2ver.dll" was not found. where is the above file?

Current versions of ModelSim-AE (including ASE) do not have convert_hex2ver.dll.

Used in ModelSim versions 6.0e and earlier, superseded in 6.1d and later.

As a workaround, try removing the following lines in the modelsim.ini file:
(Even if you delete this line, there is no problem with the simulation.)

Veriuser = $MODEL_TECH/../win32aloem/ convert_hex2ver.dll
